Louis & Associates, LLC is a structural engineering consulting firm located in Fairfax, VA, founded in 2000 by Mr. Louis (Luyi) Yan. Our client services canvas the entire Washington D.C. metropolitan area. We are a Small, minority-owned business. Louis & Associates LLC is proud of the reputation that we have built over the years focusing on developing long-lasting partnerships and good customer service to clients in our core areas of expertise.

Our work includes new construction, renovations, building evaluation and load analysis. We provide design work, analysis, calculations, AUTO CAD drawings and inspection reports. We have completed thousands of small and medium size projects since inception, which include residential and commercial buildings and infrastructure. (See Services for details)
